Join the 100 Day Challenge

Personal training that builds your strength and confidence day by day.

Let's level up and customize a 100-day challenge based on your previous experience. Here's a proposed plan for the 100-day challenge:
 

  1. Exercise Twice a Day: Include a mix of cardio and strength training for at least 45 minutes each session. 
     

  2. Follow a Strict Diet Plan: Focus on whole foods, limit processed items, and stay within your caloric needs. No Alcohol or Cheat Meals: Maintain strict discipline with your nutrition and avoid any cheat meals.
     

  3. Drink at least a Gallon of Water or however much your body can handle Daily: Stay hydrated throughout the day; carry a reusable bottle for easy tracking.
     

  4. Read 20 Pages of scripture and/or a Personal Development Book: Engage your mind with growth-focused literature for continuous learning. 
     

  5. Take a Progress Photo Daily: Document your physical progress to visually track your journey.
